impotence after M-F hormones

Post a new topicby bessiepooper on Mon Oct 29, 2007 4:03 pm

My partner is a M-F transgender that has had breast implants and is on hormone treatment. After much concern we are considering not having the final op however we have been told that impotence may occur after a few months on hormones...Can anyone shed light on this as it is a real concern.

I do not know the answer to your question, but I thought our article on transgender health may help you. Here is the link:

Impotence for a m-f ts is not a concern, it it a most desired outcome. I will never forget the day that I realized that it would never, ever get hard or even swollen again. it was a wonderful realization. As to sexual satisfaction, your partner should experience a whole new type of orgasm during anal intercourse, consisting of a feeling of deep pleasure, spasms and the discharge of a small amount of clear fluid from her tiny and soft member.
You should concentrate on kissing her all over, lips, ears, neck, breasts, etc. before entering her douched & well-lubed tushy. You both should be very pleased with the changes and outcomes.
