Does anal sex cause defecation to occur?

I'm not sure what you mean by this question. Some times the receptive partner can feel the urge to defecate during anal sex and if there is stool in the anus, it can come out during or just after anal sex. Anal sex with a penis does not cause incontinence ( the inability to control your bowels).
